I treat everyone as I would like to be treated myself.
My treatment focuses on the shoulder and knee joints. We need these joints for almost all of our daily activities. We depend on them at work as well as for sport and leisure. Even minor functional or structural failures or disorders can have a major impact on our lives.
It is important to me that people can always achieve their sporting and everyday goals with their bodies. This is why I have been working intensively on all sports orthopaedic issues relating to the shoulder and knee joint for over 25 years. Arthroscopic treatments in particular are my main focus here.
Almost 90% of all knee and shoulder joint complaints can be treated without surgery. Joint preservation has the highest priority.
Conservative measures should always be fully exhausted before surgery is considered.
You always have to listen to how the patient's body feels; they usually already know what they have and how bad it is. That's why I don't treat the clinical picture, but the problems the patient is suffering from.
The primary goal here is always to find the cause and enable the patient to achieve their individual sporting or everyday goals again.
